Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is 100% refundable for 14 days from the date it is received, unless otherwise noted. Deposits made less than 90 days before the program begins are non-refundable.
Once your deposit refund window has passed, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance. All payments become non-refundable on your final payment due date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to carol@roamandrenew.org. Your cancellation is effective on the date it is received.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected illness, injury, or other life events. Our refund policy is not a substitute for travel insurance.
In the rare event that this retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments will be refunded in full.
Please note that minor changes to the itinerary, schedule, or program elements do not qualify for a refund.
